Lifestyle Support services provide support to people living with disability to live in a home of their choice. We support people with acquired disabilities (brain injury, spinal injury), developmental disabilities (intellectual, autism spectrum disorder) and other degenerative neurological disabilities. We also support people with extensive additional needs: complex health care, co-existing psychiatric disability or significant behaviours of concern.
This support is incorporated into each individual’s home, family and community life, using Royal Rehab’s extensive resources and helping develop their independence and express their individuality.
Royal Rehab is accredited and pre-qualified by Family and Community Services NSW Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) to provide supported accommodation, and by the NSW Lifetime Care and Support Authority as an attendant care service provider.
We are also accredited with the Attendant Care Industry Management System Standard Association and with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards. As a teaching organisation we also engage in extensive education and research to support and improve quality of life outcomes for people living with a disability.
