“If you can breathe, you can do yoga”
Yogavana runs a couple of types of yoga classes at Royal Rehab. These classes consist of traditional yoga postures which are adapted to meet your needs to ensure you gain the benefits of the pose in a safe and supported environment. Depending on your level of ability, adapted yoga poses are undertaken standing or seated. If you would like the ability to move through everyday life with more physical efficiency and the opportunity for social connection with others experiencing similar levels of ability, then adapted yoga is for you.
